About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at 1000107314 ONTARIO INC. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Record and Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule and Confirm appointments, meetings, and events, using electronic scheduling tools.
  • Manage Contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide Customer Service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile Data and Statistics, analyzing and presenting information to support business decisions.
  • Perform Data Entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews, evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Evaluate Work Environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to prevent disease or injury.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 Hours per Week
