Sales Representative - Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts

Location: Remote/Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote and represent Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts products at various local events and markets to enhance sales through exceptional customer interaction and product expertise.
  • Educate potential customers on the distinctive features of our offerings, including sourcing, ingredients, and production methods.
  • Engage with shoppers to identify their needs and recommend suitable Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts solutions.
  • Demonstrate product lines effectively, sharing insights on production processes, health advantages, and sustainable practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new launches and seasonal variations.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with inventory oversight, including monitoring stock levels and communicating restocking requirements.
  • Participate in pre-event and post-event discussions to evaluate sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Accurately process transactions and resolve any related issues.
  • Document daily sales and collect customer data for reporting purposes.
  • Travel to designated events and set up promotional booths as necessary.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of local marketing strategies to enhance booth visibility.
  • Work remotely with occasional visits to the office for inventory management.
  • Package products as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous sales support tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Located in Calgary.
  • High school diploma; experience in customer service is essential.
  • Enthusiastic about health products and e-commerce trends.
  • Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, responsible, adaptable, and proficient with technology.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs; able to stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Personal transportation is necessary (mileage reimbursement for travel to events).
