About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Divine Flooring. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, providing product knowledge and pricing information.
- Conduct selection appointments with homebuilder clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Manage assigned builder accounts, providing a high level of service and support.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Divine Flooring's product offerings and pricing.
- Cover shifts in the showroom as scheduled, assisting with daily operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer challenges in a timely and professional manner, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Develop and maintain a network of referrals to drive new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales team as needed, supporting the growth and success of the business.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Product Development, or a related field.
- Equivalent industry training, certifications, or related business experience is considered an asset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), as well as CAD, Canva, Drop Box, and other relevant software.
