Position: Client Care Specialist

Role Summary

This role is essential in ensuring that families receive the necessary support and care during their challenging times.

Core Responsibilities

  • Offer empathetic assistance to families arriving at the facility
  • Facilitate the organization of memorial services and visitations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of communal areas
  • Assist families with care and consideration as they arrive and depart
  • Perform various assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 80lbs
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
  • Demonstrated professionalism and empathy in sensitive situations
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are advantageous

Physical Requirements

  • Exposure to outdoor elements and potential hazardous materials
  • Utilization of various tools, including computers and lifting devices
  • Regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Minimal risk of exposure to blood borne pathogens

Additional Notes
