Position: Client Services Representative

Compensation: $24.39 to $33.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Role Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, as well as the general public. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of MITT's programs, services, and policies, alongside a commitment to maintaining privacy standards while addressing student inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for students and visitors, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Information Dissemination: Offer essential information regarding MITT programs, admissions, and administrative processes while ensuring accurate referrals to relevant departments.
  • Financial Transactions: Manage student account inquiries and process various payments, ensuring adherence to MITT policies and confidentiality regulations.
  • Registrar's Office Support: Assist with clerical tasks related to student records, graduation packages, and application statuses.
  • Recruitment Support: Engage with prospective students, providing detailed information about admissions and program offerings.
  • Administrative Duties: Facilitate technical support for students, manage identification card processing, and oversee parking and locker systems.

Qualifications:

  • One-year post-secondary certificate in business administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Record check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
