About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most to them by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets by providing quotes and selling new policies to customers, ensuring they have the right insurance solutions for their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance requirements and providing personalized solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and resolving any outstanding issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct sales calls to acquire new business and make timely renewal calls to existing customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs is essential, including EPIC.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role is an asset.

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000, commensurate with experience.
