Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guarantee a secure environment for youth
  • Deliver mentorship and assistance in cultivating independent living skills
  • Provide resource information and advocate for the needs of youth
  • Ensure a clean and healthy space for all participants
  • Complete required documentation accurately

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred post-secondary education in Child and Youth Care
  • Experience engaging with urban Indigenous youth
  • Understanding of trauma-informed practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification and a valid Driver's License are mandatory
