About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on developing and managing customer relationships with our Enterprise clients. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer success.
  2. Solution Adoption and Implementation: Work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation of our solutions, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption.
  3. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  4. Customer Health and Retention: Proactively monitor customer health, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to prevent churn and drive customer retention.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, and Reporting, to ensure successful rollout and effectiveness of our solutions.
  6. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer journey and milestones, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of our solutions.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of B2B client-facing SaaS, contact center customer success, and/or account management experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively lead & influence cross-functional teams.
  3. Proven track record of leading winning customer success initiatives.
  4. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty, retention and adoption.
  6. Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, able to identify opportunities to realize wins by thinking outside of the box.
  7. Participation in high-performance teams, continuously hitting success metrics.
  8. Ability to create high-impact slide decks and presentations that convey a compelling story.
