Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recreational programming that meets the needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient program operation.
  • Provide strong communication and leadership skills to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience in the child care field.
  • Knowledge of recreational programming and child development principles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent.

Assets:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay. Various paid training opportunities available, including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc. Potential for additional hours.
