About the Role

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Development: Identify areas for employee development and create personalized training plans to help employees achieve their full potential.
  • Performance Management: Work with employees to set performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to help them achieve success.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company's training and development initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, human resources, or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees who speak English as a second language.
