Restaurant Operations Manager

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluency in English.
- 40 hours per week.
