Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including inventory management, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
