As an ELECTRICAL SALES ASSOCIATE, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding environment. Your responsibilities will include managing all electrical counter sales and product returns while offering your expertise as a vital member of the customer service team. You will cultivate relationships with customers to foster long-term connections and generate referrals while effectively negotiating sales transactions. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction across all service aspects, including order processing, product selection, pricing, and deliveries. You will also handle all Electrical Counter sales and returns as necessary. Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements for Electrical Sales Associates:

High School Diploma or GED is requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in exceptional face-to-face customer service and/or sales (in any sector)Experience or background in the electrical industry or with electrical products is advantageousStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and referralsBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyMust be willing and able to pass an assessment and security screening as a condition of employment
