About the Role:
The Sales Representative is a key member of our team at CCI Inc., responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its prospects or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop new markets by assessing the territory/market potential, tracking sales and status reports.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Troubleshoot customer drilling issues.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or management.
- Attend trade shows and business development functions with approval from your manager.
- Travel 80% of the time to see new or current clients.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the field of Horizontal Directional Drilling process and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
