About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our transportation company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail and other materials, schedule and confirm appointments, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of company activities.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, and have proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Transportation company.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week.
