About the Role

The New Home Sales Administrator is a key member of the Mattamy Sales Team, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service to our homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a representative of Mattamy, providing a warm and welcoming experience for prospective purchasers.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase and sale agreements, amendments, and related documents.
  • Enter homeowner information into our corporate database, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and presentable Sales Centre at all times.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Sales Team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work in-person, evenings, and weekends (Saturday/Sunday) is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary for travel to different Sales Offices.
  • Strong customer service background with prior experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University or college graduate.
