About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Office team as a New Home Sales Administrator. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming emails and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documents, including Purchase and Sale Agreements and Amendments.
  • Enter homeowner information into our corporate database.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files.
  • Track customer interactions in our database.
  • Ensure the Sales Centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to different GTA Sales Offices as required.
  • Strong customer service background with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
