Key responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and performing related clerical duties. The incumbent is also responsible for responding to visitors' inquiries and requests for information, as well as distributing and circulating a large volume of documents throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and students
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Operate office equipment and perform administrative duties
- Respond to telephone calls and take messages
- Schedule appointments and coordinate events
The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma and two (2) years of relevant work experience. Equal combinations of education and experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
