Job Summary

The Executive Director of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and contribute to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our sales efforts.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
