About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director of Sales to join our team at Surrcars Auto Group Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional sales experiences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
