We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to join our team at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Food & Beverage division, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our Food & Beverage outlets, including the Cinnamon Bear, In-Room Dining, and the Café.
About the RoleThe Food & Beverage Outlets Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the daily operation of the Food & Beverage division and all F&B Outlets
- Coordinating and directing all aspects of the F&B Division to achieve and maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
- Maintaining the highest levels of service and quality standards
- Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to achieve divisional goals and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous management experience in Food & Beverage within a Hotel/Resort
- Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal
- Ability to guide, direct, and prioritize workload in a potentially stressful environment
- Passion for customer service and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle both Team Member and guest issues with quick and effective resolutions
