About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all staff adhere to service standards, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
- Lead a team of staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, and fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in various Food and Beverage outlets, including In-Room Dining, Pool, and Banquet operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead server or supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge and passion for food and beverage, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in Canada and possess a valid work permit (if applicable).
- Competitive hourly wage of $26.00.
