About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Office Activities

Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Schedule and Confirm Appointments

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to relevant parties.

Provide Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Manage Office Supplies and Inventory

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and that the office is well-stocked.

Maintain Accurate Records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Skills
  • Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members at all levels.

Organizational and Time Management Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
