Commercial Manager Senior

Votre rôle au sein de l'équipe :

  1. Gestion du changement, y compris l'interprétation des plannings et la gestion/coordination des réclamations - Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus pour administrer, documenter et accepter/défier/défendre les demandes de changement entrantes et sortantes tout au long de l'exécution du projet. Mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion des réclamations pour résoudre les situations imprévues qui surviennent pendant le développement et l'exécution du projet.
  2. Notifications - Mettre en place un système efficace pour garantir que tous les avis contractuellement requis sont délivrés au client conformément aux termes de l'accord de projet. Gestion/administration des contrats principaux et des sous-contrats - Administrer les contrats du projet de manière à ce que les procédures contractuelles correctes soient mises en œuvre et suivies à tout moment.
  3. Négociation des contrats - Superviser la rédaction, la révision et la négociation de divers contrats, y compris les contrats de services spécifiques, les accords-cadres de services, les contrats d'ingénierie, etc.
  4. Approvisionnement en fournisseurs/sous-traitants - Mettre en œuvre et surveiller la planification et les calendriers d'approvisionnement, faciliter le processus d'appel d'offres compétitif pour les matériaux et services.
  5. Rapport commercial - Émettre des rapports réguliers et des analyses sur les questions commerciales aux dirigeants et aux chefs de projet.
  6. Assurances - Collaborer avec les conseillers en assurance du client pour développer des programmes d'assurance appropriés.
  7. Légal - Faire preuve de discernement pour consulter les conseillers juridiques du client au moment opportun.
  8. Leadership - Diriger et aligner une équipe de subordonnés directs commerciaux aux priorités du projet.
