Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Facilities Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
