We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Assurance & Advisory practice at Baker Tilly Niagara. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality engagements, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client management, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the firm.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Canadian CPA, CA designation.
  • At least 7 years of public accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with others in teams.
