Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant operates within budget.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that our restaurant is meeting its goals and objectives.
  • Team Management
    • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
  • Work Setting
    • This position is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this position.
