As a Senior Cost Consultant, you'll play a vital role in guiding our clients through complex construction projects. You'll be responsible for providing expert cost management advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and other consultants, effectively communicating cost projections, risks, and mitigation strategies at every stage of the project.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on construction market trends across Canada, analyzing official data to provide valuable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth within existing client relationships and actively pursue partnerships with potential clients.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and project outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement across the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Champion adherence to quality standards and participate in ISO audits, upholding the highest levels of professionalism and accuracy in all deliverables.
Senior-Level Contributions:
