Senior Cost Consultant

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform cost management strategies.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management systems to capture and share key information and learning generated from each commission.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits to maintain the highest level of quality control.
  • Manage commissions efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Lead staff management, including input into performance review processes and recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in loan monitoring/lender services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
