About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, including analysis of official published data.
  • Ensure effective knowledge management by inputting key information and learning into internal databases and sharing with the team.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
  • Manage commissions to the right quality standards, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Ensure service delivery meets the conditions of appointment.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the performance review process of consultants and graduate consultants.
  • Participate in the selection and recruitment process, including interviews.
  • Ensure key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Consultant with a strong background in loan monitoring/lender services. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services and a strong understanding of construction market conditions in Canada.
