Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct in-depth research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform cost management strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, driving growth and revenue for the company.
- Ensure effective knowledge management, capturing key information and learning from each project and sharing it with the team.
- Maintain high-quality standards and participate in ISO audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage commissions efficiently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting client expectations.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in loan monitoring and cost management.
- A recognized university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with payment certifications and membership in a relevant professional organization.
- Certification or designation from a professional organization, such as MRICS or PQS.
