Senior Cost Consultant

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive loan monitoring reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research on construction market conditions in Canada, analyzing official published data to inform cost management strategies.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management systems to capture and share key information and learning generated from each commission.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Manage commissions to the right quality standards, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Ensure service delivery on commissions aligns with the conditions of appointment.
  • Lead staff management, including input into performance review processes and recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
  • Years of post-graduate experience in loan monitoring/lender services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
