Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Management:

  • Handle incoming client inquiries and bookings.
  • Send necessary forms and documents to clients prior to their appointments.
  • Ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

Salon Operations:

  • Spend part of your time in the salon to familiarize yourself with our services and team.
  • Assist in coordinating appointments and managing the salon's daily schedule.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the salon owner.
  • Assist with various tasks, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing communications.

Multitasking & Efficiency:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Technology & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
  • Own your own laptop.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in the hair and beauty industry is ideal but not necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
