We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our clients in their homes. This may include administering medications, assisting with bathing and personal hygiene, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus
  • Provide personal care and assistance

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients. This includes following proper infection control procedures and reporting any concerns or issues to your supervisor.

Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
