About Restaurant Le Richmond

Restaurant Le Richmond is a unique dining establishment that combines gastronomic pleasures with the beauty of design. Since 2013, we have been offering a refined cuisine inspired by northern Italy in a sumptuous theatrical setting.

Our 3200 sq. Ft. loft-style room can accommodate 140 seats, and our waterproof, retractable-roofed terrace can accommodate 90 more in season. We host multiple prestigious events, including F1 events, and deliver strong corporate event experiences.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent team management skills, and a strong background in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory.
  2. Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
  3. Maintain high service standards and implement new ones to strengthen it.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
  3. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  5. Understanding of bartending techniques is a plus.
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Certification in food safety is desirable.
