Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
