About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Apex Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' properties are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise In-House Laundry Services: Oversee the operation of our in-house laundry services, ensuring that they are providing high-quality service to our clients.
  • Launder Clothing and Household Linens: Ensure that all clothing and household linens are laundered and maintained to the highest standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. If you have a strong background in cleaning operations and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Experience: You will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a cleaning operations role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with our clients and staff.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: You will be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as well as handle heavy loads.
