About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Ledcor Construction, Inc. As a key member of our infrastructure division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Develop and implement resource-loaded 3-week look-ahead schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit field change orders to project owners or representatives as required.
  • Work with coordinators and engineers to craft and submit RFIs for clarification of scopes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of construction supervision experience, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience as a General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar direct supervisory role.
  • Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry-related trade certification/education.
  • Solid understanding of modern construction practices, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Ability to plan and manage to a project schedule, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Understanding of construction documents and the ability to ensure they are complete, protect the owner's interest, and clearly define expectations.
  • Contract negotiation and management skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records.
  • A strong safety record and the ability to work with a variety of individuals, including contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Capacity to understand and interpret stakeholder needs and identify solutions to non-routine tasks or queries.
  • Ability to adapt information and communication style to the audience, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
