Wildfire Management Supervisor - Manitoba Government

Employment Requirements:
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Possess a valid full stage Class 5 Manitoba Driver's Licence
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
- Capable of traveling across Manitoba, including the use of small aircraft
- Physically fit to perform assigned tasks
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited resource management or emergency response program
- Proven experience in wildfire management and emergency response protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and leadership skills
- Experience in financial oversight and management
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Competence in providing strategic guidance and executing policies
