Brar Building Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include hiring and training cleaning staff, supervising and coordinating their activities, inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and preparing budgets and cost estimates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recommending additional services, maintaining financial records, and assisting cleaners in performing their duties.
