Priority1 Canada, Inc. is a premier freight service provider specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions nationwide. Our core offerings include Less Than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), and expedited logistics services. We are currently seeking Sales Territory Executives—driven sales professionals with outstanding communication capabilities, adept in both telephonic and in-person engagements, and empowered to make independent business decisions that bolster our organization.

Position Overview:

Location: Canada

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with prospective clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Generating leads within designated sales regions
  • Conducting profitability evaluations with potential clients
  • Regularly updating records in the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Engaging in continuous training and professional development
  • Participating in on-site client meetings
Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: $55,000 CAN + Unlimited Commissions
  • Car Allowance: $675 CAN
  • Expense Reimbursement
  • RRSP Contribution of up to 15% of Annual Income

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the logistics industry
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Solid understanding of business and financial principles
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer work
  • Effective oral and face-to-face communication skills
  • Regular physical movement including sitting, walking, bending, and stretching
  • Capability to manage stressful situations and work flexible hours
  • Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories
  • Mobility between client locations including offices and production facilities
