Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure significant enterprise clients within your assigned region across diverse sectors such as Finance, E-commerce, Education, Gaming, and Corporate.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with prospective clients, ensuring they are informed about Radware's offerings.
  • Partner Development: Cultivate and enhance a network of high-caliber channel partners.
  • Collaborative Selling: Collaborate closely with sales support teams, including business development, OEM partners, channel managers, field marketing, ISRs, sales operations, cloud overlay specialists, and technical architects to drive new business.
  • Trusted Partnership: Act as a reliable vendor partner, collaborating with channel partners to identify and close new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of direct sales experience in high-tech enterprise environments, ideally with a software product manufacturer or cloud security provider.
  • Market Challenger: Previous experience in organizations recognized as challengers in the market. Proven success in acquiring new clients in such settings and expanding the territory with both existing and new customers. Ability to articulate product and solution differentiation effectively.
  • Hunter Mentality: Focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business deals. Consistently recognized as a top performer with a strong focus on results.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches. Familiarity with network security, web application firewalls, cloud security, cloud operations, and virtualization is advantageous.
  • Channel Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with and selling through channels, leveraging relationships with VARs, integrators, and service providers.
  • Professional Network: Established network of executive contacts and experience selling to 10 or more accounts in the region.
  • Proven Track Record: History of exceeding sales targets.
  • Personal Attributes: Independent, self-driven, competitive, dynamic, and polished.
