Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Territory Managers who excel in sales and client relations. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This role requires independent decision-making and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for new business acquisition.
  • Generate leads within the designated sales territory.
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to assess profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Facilitate on-site meetings with clients, including tours of facilities.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 CAN plus uncapped commissions.
  • Car Allowance: $675 CAN.
  • Expense Reimbursement.
  • Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) contribution of up to 15% of annual income.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics.
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • General understanding of business and financial principles.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Effective oral communication, both over the phone and in person.
  • Mobility to navigate various client facilities, including offices and manufacturing plants.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work extended hours when necessary.
