About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Situate Business Solutions Inc. as a strategic leader who can drive technological innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions that promote growth and development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of driving technological innovation and growth.

  • Management Experience: Proven experience in managing teams and departments, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and results-driven leadership.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
