Job Title: Technology Support Analyst

Job Summary:

The Technology Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations. This role focuses on providing comprehensive helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, as well as maintaining and administering network systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technical support and consultation to internal staff using an ITSM system while adhering to established SLAs
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, network devices, and other peripheral equipment
  • Participate in developing, designing, implementing, and managing systems and network infrastructure using project management methodologies
  • Develop training materials and provide application training to end-users
  • Assist with the development and support of website applications that will improve member engagement with online digital platforms and services
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement in operational procedures, customer service, and product development
  • Test, control, and troubleshoot applications by using appropriate software development tools, hardware, and database systems
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems based on the latest technologies and best practices
  • Advise on code changes to ensure efficient and effective system performance
  • Collaborate with system stakeholders to create end-user test plans for User Acceptance testing
  • Prepare project status updates

Requirements:

  • Community college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using and administering Microsoft 365 suite and Azure environments
  • Minimum 3 years of providing helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering desktops, laptops, servers, and network hardware in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with one or more Membership Management Software – iMIS or Fonteva would be an asset
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) – Top Class, D2L would be an asset
  • Knowledge of WCMS Platforms such as Sitefinity, WordPress, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in development within the.NET framework (VB.Net, ASP.NET, C#) and T-SQL
  • Demonstrated experience in API development (REST/SOAP), Web Services, Java, HTML, JSON, Angular, and React
  • Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, including reading and writing SQL queries or IQAs
  • Demonstrated experience working in Azure DevOps, Github, and Jira environments
  • Experience with cloud storage applications such as One drive, Citrix Sharefile, or similar
  • Reporting tool experience (Crystal Reports, SSRS, Report Writer, Power BI)
  • Have a general knowledge of security applications such as SIEM, EDR/XDR
  • Demonstrated experience implementing continuous integration and process automation
  • Experience working in an Association or Not-for-Profit environment is considered an asset
