  • Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions and resources to staff, enhancing their technical skills and promoting a self-service culture within the organization.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop, implement, and manage data analytics and reporting frameworks, utilizing tools to generate insightful reports that drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed on the latest technology trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains cutting-edge and compliant.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer software applications in the context of financial reporting, including ERP, Office 365 suite automation using VBA-Macro, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Queries, and other data applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to provide advanced technical support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation and productivity across all Microsoft Office applications, and a valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's license in good standing.
