We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Technology Specialist to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities in Winnipeg. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for branch staff, ensuring that hardware and software issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage system access requests, including new employee onboarding and yearly control and application risk audit attestations.
- Support branch users with setup and configuration of VPN, Citrix, and BYOD mobility.
- Identify and resolve computer hardware, software, and telecommunication malfunctions.
- Collaborate with back office teams to investigate application and technical support issues, providing timely updates to users and escalating when necessary.
- Participate in technology initiatives, including rollout training schedules, promoting training sessions, and national/regional training calls.
- Proactively communicate with branch staff to assess and support their technology needs, including walking around to speak with staff in person.
- Exceptional attention to detail and mature/positive attitude.
