Job Title: Information Technology Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining end-user IT equipment in Unclassified, Protected, and Classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first, second, and third levels of HelpDesk support on an ongoing basis.
  • Install and maintain end-user IT equipment in Unclassified, Protected, and Classified environments.
  • Support LiveScan fingerprinting systems and use of Active Directory.
  • Plan and implement various IT projects, research new technologies, and roll out new IT equipment.
  • Clone and image IT equipment as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management, or another relevant specialty.
  • Successful completion of a university degree in computer science, information systems technology, information management, or another relevant specialty.
  • Valid driver's license.
