Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and consultation to internal staff, install and maintain desktops, servers, and network devices, and participate in developing and implementing systems and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-user technical support and consultation using an ITSM system
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, and network devices
- Develop and implement systems and network infrastructure
- Develop training materials and provide application training to end-users
- Assist with the development and support of website applications
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
- Test, control, and troubleshoot applications
- Maintain and enhance existing systems
- Collaborate with system stakeholders to create end-user test plans
- Community college diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Proficiency in using and administering Microsoft 365 suite and Azure environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Minimum 3 years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, and network hardware
- Demonstrated experience working with membership management software, learning management systems, and web content management systems
- Demonstrated experience in development within the.NET framework and T-SQL
- Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and cloud storage applications
- Experience with cloud storage applications such as OneDrive and Citrix Sharefile
- Reporting tool experience
- General knowledge of security applications
- Demonstrated experience implementing continuous integration and process automation
