Position Overview

As a Business Administration Officer at YA Solutions Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a strong foundation in administrative practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws
  • Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Provide training to staff members
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes
  • Execute various administrative tasks
  • Develop risk management strategies
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic mail and scheduling tools
  • Skilled in spreadsheet and accounting software
  • Experienced with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and Google Docs
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
